THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the design are awful. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd bought something functional instead. Save
